DSCAM/2/2/5/3: Copy of a Final Concord (Trinity Term 1 George IV = 1820) between Goode (Plaintiff) and Richard Westwood and Mary his wife and Benjamin Woodhouse and Mary his wife (Deforciants) of premises in the parishes of Rowley Regis and Kingswinford.
DSCAM/2/2/5/4-6: Copy mortgage (dated 27 June 1820) by appointment and demise of 1000 years, by Westwood to Joseph Green Bourne of Dudley, gentleman, to secure £120 and interest; recites deed to declare the uses of a Fine. Copy of further charges for £80 (dated 22 Mar. 1821) and £70 (dated 26 Nov. 1826); in the last Westwood is now of the parish of Kinver, Staffs., farmer.
