DSCAM/2/2/2/19: Draft conveyance (10 Dec. 1861) by Edwin Baynton of Pensnett, parish of Kingswinford, Staffs., victualler and Sophia his wife, to Jeremiah Smith of Bromley, same parish, blacksmith, of their one third share in the site of 2 freehold dwellinghouses at Brockmoor, and in a freehold dwellinghouse at Brockmoor Green (abuttals given), a third of a moiety of a messuage and lands (9a. 2r. 10p.) and in Sling Piece (1r. 32p.), at the Knowle, parish of Rowley Regis (except various parcels sold, as described, in 1840 and 1854; and except minerals), a third of a fifth of a quarter of the minerals under the property at the Knowle and Sling Piece (including those portions whose surface was sold off in 1840 and 1854), and a third of a fifth of premises at Brockmoor and in a copyhold messuage and 3 acres of land at Shut End, and assignment of the monies to arise from the sale thereof; consideration of £313 14s 6d; recites will of Levi Smith.
