Consideration: £1,333 6s 8d, paid by #2 to #1. #1 as beneficial owner, conveys to #2 his one equal third share, estate and interest in twelve messuages in Tetnal Street, as detailed in the conveyance dated 2nd January 1880 (DGA/D7/4); and also in the lands, manufactory, warehouses, shopping, offices and fixtures at Fountain Street/Constitution Hill, Dudley.
