Consideration: £70 paid by #2 to #1. Refers to a messuage with 'necessary house' and garden, bounded by John Street, fronting on to a newly laid out street called Spring Gardens, leading out of Elwalls Lane, otherwise Dog Lane, now called Bath Street, towards Cooks Tettenhall.
