#1 had lately contracted with the Commissioners of the Dudley Street Act to light certain streets, roads and passages within the town of Dudley with gas. #1 assigns to #2 the estate, right, title and interest in a plot of land, being part of 'Cook's Tetnall' together with the Gasometer, tank, pipes, casting apparatus; buildings etc. on the land. |
