Tenants/Landowners mentioned: John Darrall; George Lavender.

On the reverse of this document is another indenture, dated 26th February 1877. Between:
1. Ralph Dickinson Gough of Willenhall, Staffordshire, Esq.; Edward Dethick Shaw of Wolverhampton, Merchant; The Reverend William Allen of Walsall, Staffordshire, Clerk.
2. Alexander Clement Foster Gough of Wolverhampton, Esq.

Also written on the reverse of the principal document is a Memorandum about an Indenture dated 1898 between the Cannon Hollow-ware Company Ltd. and Richard Andrew Harper of Bilston, Staffordshire, Brewer. Refers to the land as described in the conveyance dated 30th September 1840, and also a public house called the Deepfields Inn, with brewhouse and outbuildings, all of which were conveyed to Richard Harper by Cannon.
