NB: I would say that this photograph was taken in 1954. Mr Frank Harding, a freelance photographer, climbed the steeple of Halesowen Parish Church, & several of the photographs he took were used in the Weekly Circular - a local paper for Halesowen, Blackheath & Rowley Regis - which was printed 1954/1955. Later, Mr Harding went on to become a cameraman for ITN - joining their team of news/cine photographers. |
