| Description | DSCAM/5/8/7/52: Copy of will (dated 1 Jan. 1848) of Sarah Malonek of Leamington, Warwickshire, now residing in Boulogne, widow; all property in Dudley, Leamington and Boulogne to daughter, Mary, who is sole executrix, she paying £100 within 4 years to John Malonek, testatrix's son. Codicil (1 Jan. 1848) revoking £100 legacy if John takes any interest in her mother's property under her brother's will. Proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, 7 June 1850. [Mary Malonek married A.M. Cockrane of Floor Lodge, Weedon, Northants.] |
