With related correspondence sent or received by Thomas Brooks (25-30 June 1887).
DSCAM/5/7/9/8: Draft mortgage (11 Nov. 1874) by John Brooks of Knowle, Warwickshire, merchant, to Thomas Brooks of Wylde Green, parish of Sutton Coldfield, Warwickshire, gentleman, Thomas Brettell of Dudley, surveyor and Mary Marsh of Wylde Green, widow, of a dwellinghouse and 1932sq. yds of land at Knowle, to secure £1000 and interest (£500 to Brooks and Brettell and £500 to Mrs Marsh).
