DSCAM/5/7/1/9: Conveyance (5 Nov. 1847) by William Marsh of Shavers End, parish of Dudley, currier, Henry Marsh of Coopers Bank, parish of Sedgley, Staffs., farmer and John Marsh of Dudley, painter (devisees in trust of John Marsh), the said Henry Marsh (as eldest son and heir-at-law of John Marsh), the said William, Henry and John Marsh (as parties interested under the will of John Marsh), by the direction etc. of John Cash of Dibdale, parish of Sedgley, labourer and Mary Ann his wife, George Bailey the younger of Dudley, tobacconist and Elizabeth his wife, Eli Gill of Brierley Hill, parish of Kingswinford, Staffs., currier and Phoebe his wife, Benjamin Marsh, late of Coseley, now of Coopers Bank in the parish of Sedgley, farmer and Isaac Marsh of Dudley, painter (other children of John Marsh), and of John Mansell of Dudley, yeoman and Esther his wife, and release by John Round Tilley of Dudley, currier, and by William Marsh and Henry Marsh (trustees under the pre-nuptial settlement of the Mansells), to John Hodgetts Smith of Dudley, gentleman, of 7 messuages, a pigsty, brickyard etc. at Dibdale and a close of 3r. 12p. of land there, to the use of Tilly for a term of 500 years in order to secure £100 advanced by him and ceasing on repayment, and upon trust for the 1842 trustees to receive the rents of the property for the separate use of Mrs Mansell for life, thence upon the trust of the 1842 settlement; covenant for the production of title deeds; recites will of John Marsh and division of his estate, the Mansells' 1842 settlement and advance of £100 by Tilley; plan endorsed. |
