Codicil (24 Mar. 1883), reciting death of wife and marriage of daughter May Ann to John Mills of Stourbridge, relieving officer; household effects now to all daughters equally; £1000 to William Corbett provided he procure the discharge of the guarantee to the Birmingham Banking Company, Brierley Hill; William Corbett and John Mills given life interest in income arising under the trusts should they survive their wives; £400 due on promissory note from T.A. Walker to form part of Mrs Walker's settled share under the will; no daughter to have power of appointment in favour of a husband; H.G. Walker's appointment as trustee revoked and appoints Corbett and Mills. |
