DescriptionDSCAM/5/5/4/24: Will (6 May 1809) of William Green, Officer in the Customs at the Port of Liverpool; recites entitlement to a moiety of £3350 3% Consols, under the will of John Olderman, late of Liverpool, master and mariner, subject to the life estate of his wife Ann, widow of Olderman; devises principal to Joseph Green and Joseph Bourne, both of Dudley, Worcs., gentlemen, in trust for all his issue by his present wife equally at the age of 21 etc., remoter issue taking per stirpes, with remainder for want of surviving issue, to his children by his first wife in equal shares; all other estate to wife; executors, Green and Bourne.
DSCAM/5/5/4/25: Copy pre-nuptial settlement (20 Feb. 1823) of William Green of Liverpool, Lancashire, landing waiter and Ann Cooper of the same, spinster; trustee, Thomas Chell of Liverpool, merchant; leashold dwellinghouse in Gill Street, Liverpool and household effects, upon trust for William for life, then to Ann, with power of appointment, and in remainder to all issue of William.

DSCAM/5/5/4/31-34: Feoffment (30 July 1773) by Thomas Dobb, Richard Dobb and Henry North of Liverpool, Lancashire, gentlemen, and Thomas Swettenham of Liverpool, glazier and John Grundy of the same, bricklayer and builder (Churchwardens of St Annes Church, Liverpool), to Daniel Birkett of Liverpool, joiner, of seat No. 67 on the ground floor of the chapel of St Annes, Richmond; consideration of £14 and an annual pew rent of 10/-; recites Act of 12 George III for building a new church at Richmond near Everton, for which the Dobbs provided the site; livery of seisin endorsed.

Letter from Edward Blackstock's letter to Green, 24 Russel Street, Liverpool, and copies of letter from Green to Blackstock and from Green to an unknown recipient, all re Mrs Green's claims to the above seat as the property of her late father, Daniel Birkett, her claim against Mr Dobbs and other matters relating to the title to the seat, 18 Jan.-16 Feb. 1816; receipt for pew rent, 28 Jan. 1823.
