Grant (24 Dec. 1785) of an annuity of £80, by Joseph Wainwright of Dudley, Worcs., surgeon and Edward Dixon of the same, hop merchant (devisees in trust of Jonathan Green of Dudley, glassmaker, deceased), with the consent of John Green and Joseph Green, both of Dudley, glass manufacturers, Mary Richards of Dudley, widow, Elizabeth Green of the same, spinster and William Green of Liverpool, Lancashire, druggist (the children of the late Jonathan Green), to Mary Green of Dudley, widow (of Jonathan), secured as a rentcharge upon three fourths of property in High Street, Birmingham near Welch Cross, and upon two leasehold messuages in Moor Street, Birmingham; recites deeds of even date conveying property at Solyhull, Warwickshire to Mary Richards and property in Steelhouse Lane, Birmingham (previously, alongside other property, charged with an £80 annuity) to Elizabeth Green.
Deed (24 Dec. 1785) between John Green, Mary Richards, Joseph Green, Elizabeth Green and William Green severing the joint tenancy under the will of Joseph Green and substituting a tenancy in common.
