And deed of covenant (same date) between Addenbrook and Miss Green for better securing the £300.

(surviving trustees of the marriage settlement of Alexander Seymer Wills and Frances Green), to John Peacock of Upper Gornal, parish of Sedgley, Staffs., builder, of copyhold premises at Upper Gornal; recites previous deeds. Admittance of Frances, wife of Alexander Seymer Wills of Greenway Terrace, Birmingham, Warwickshire, gentleman, to the above premises, now 5 tenements, subject to the proviso for redemption in the 1835 deeds; Manor of Sedgley, before Jamers Samuel Bourne, steward; 29 Jan. 1857. Surrender of same (same date) by A.S. Wills and his wife, to Peacock, and admittance of Peacock; consideration of £310 to Green and Fereday. Conditional surrender of same (same date) by Peacock to Green and Fereday, to secure £310 and interest by way of mortgage. And deed of covenant (same date) between Peacock and Green and Fereday for better securing the £310.
