DSCAM/5/3/9/2: Draft conveyance (19 Apr. 1847) by William Haden as above to Job Taylor the younger of Brierley, parish of Kingswinford, Staffs., mine agent and John Pearson of Brockmoor Bank, Staffs., coalmaster, of the remaining unsold portions of the premises at Old Hill (16a. 0r. 3p., except 2r. 36p. laid out as roads), and equitable interest in the Riddings at Old Hill, to the use of Taylor and Pearson in moieties, with power of appointment, as specified; Taylor and Pearson acting as trustees to uses for each other; assignment by Thomas Badger the younger of Dudley, nail merchant to William Coldicott of a term of 1000 years in the premises in trust for Taylor and Pearson in moieties, and otherwise upon trust to attend the freehold; minerals reserved to Richmond Aston; consideration of £840.

(as specified), to the use of Easthope, with power of appointment, as specified; consideration of £43 6s 3d; recites will of Edward Cresswell.

DSCAM/5/3/9/9: Draft will (3 Apr. 1857) of Alice Lowe Davis of Tiddington, parish of Alveston, Warwickshire, widow; all to her son Francis Harry Algernon Davis, but should he die under the age of 21 without surviving issue, all to her 4 Cresswell brothers and sister Harriet Haden in equal shares.
DSCAM/5/3/9/10: Draft general release (17 Dec. 1857) by Sarah Davis of Harborne, Staffs., widow to Alice Lowe Davis, widow and Edward Lowe Cresswell and William Haden (executors of John Davis) in respect of the disputed amount of the debt of John to Sarah; Consideration of £220 to Sarah in settlement.
DSCAM/5/3/9/11: Draft codicil (14 Mar. 1859) to the will (dated 3 Apr. 1858) of William Haden of Dixon's Green, parish of Dudley, Worcs., ironmaster; £5000 to son Edward C. Haden at 21, payable in 4 annual instalments, and in default to testator's daughters; declaration concerning £15000 to be paid to daughters after 4-6 years.
DSCAM/5/3/9/12: Deed poll draft release (13 Aug. 1859) by William Haden and Harriet his wife, William Haden as trustee for Alice Lowe Davies, Charles Neve Cresswell of the Inner Temple, Barrister-at-Law, John Beddard of Dudley, Worcs., iron merchant [husband of the former Sarah Neve Creswell, deceased] and Alfred Neve Cresswell of Birmingham, cut nail manufacturer, in respect of 5 sums of £3000 charged by the late Edward Cresswell on the partnership estate; recites will of Edward Cresswell and arrangements to release Edward Lowe Cresswell and Josiah Cresswell from part of the burden of the £15000 charged on the partnership by reducing the share of Mrs Davies to £2000 and of the others to £1700 each

DSCAM/5/3/9/14: Draft deed of compromise (14 June 1869) between William Henry Clemow of Dudley, Worcs., bank manager, Frederick Wragge of Shelton, Staffs., ironmaster and Benjamin Hingley of Netherton, Worcs., ironmaster, and Sarah Haden of Dudley, spinster and William Haden of Edgbaston, Warwickshire, gentleman, in respect of the assignment by William Haden and William Henry Haden to Clemow et al. in trust for their creditors and in Clemow v Haden and Wragge v Haden for the recovery of £2483 17s 4d paid to Miss Haden in Nov.-Dec. 1867 and to set aside mortgage of 22 and 27 Nov. 1867; Miss Haden pays £1176 1s 2d, being half the debt, having deducted a doubtful acceptance for £131 5/-, and half of any money she receives on that acceptance; £1044 18s 9d of her share to be taken to satisfy a mortgage of £1000 advanced to William Haden upon deposit of deeds relating to his one-third share in the Old Buffery estate; [Tansley Hill] mortgage of 22 Nov. 1867 to be a valid security for a moiety of the sum of £1502 12s 6d, Dixons Green mortgage of 22 Nov. 1867 to ber valid for the whole sum; trustees repay moiety of insurance premiums paid by Miss Haden of William Haden's life policy; etc.
DSCAM/5/3/9/15: Draft deed poll release and quit claim (1869) by Sarah Haden in respect of the debt of £290 due from William Henry Haden of Dixons Green, Dudley, iron and coal master, re his deed of arrangement with his creditors.
DSCAM/5/3/9/16: Part of a draft appointment (1870) as #13; recites advance of trust monies on mortgage to William Haden, further mortgage, Haden's assignment, litigation over the validity of a £2407 mortgage settled for £1500, to be defrayed out of the proceeds of the New Buffery Colliery, thereby reduced to £600, death of Haden, the disclaimer #15, and current value and nature of trust funds.
DSCAM/5/3/9/17: Draft deed poll disclaimer (14 Feb. 1870) by Charles Neve Cresswell of Spring Grove, Osborne Lodge, Isleworth, Middlesex, Esq. as trustee form Mrs Davis in respect of the mortgage for £2407 from William Haden of an estate at Tansley Hill, Dudley.
DSCAM/5/3/9/18: Draft will of Harriet Haden of Elmscote, Warwick, widow; copyhold premises in Bilston - 10-11 Lichfield Street and a moiety of 9 Lichfield Street and of 4 dwellinghouses behind, one fronting Bow Street - upon trust for sale; proceeds to be applied, income from one quarter for daughter Mary, wife of Edward John Renaud for life, thence capital to her issue at 21 etc., and the rest in trust for the children of her son William Henry Haden, by Matilda Ellen Jane nee Noott his wife, at the age of 21 etc.; all personal estate to daughter Eleanor, wife of, William Haughton Freer (who is executor and trustee).
