DSCAM/5/3/7/1-2: Agreement (30 Mar. 1859) between Mary Page of The Fox Yards, parish of Sedgley, Staffs., widow and Edward Lowe Cresswell and Josiah Cresswell of Tipton, Staffs., ironmasters, in compromise and settlement of their dispute; Cresswells pay £270 for damages and costs to Page in instalments to 1 Sept. 1859, will become tenants of the shop and premises at the Fox Yards for 4 years at a rent of £150 p.a. and will pay rebuilding costs of the premises before the expiry of the term, etc. Two receipts.

Wainwright, Dudley concerning injury to Mrs Page's property by the Creswells' mining operations and denial by Lord Ward [Earl of Dudley']s agents that they were authorised to work under buildings at the Fox Yards.
