DSCAM/5/2/2/12: Copy articles of agreement (7 July 1815) between Samuel Fereday of Ettingshall Park, Staffs., coal and ironmaster and James Bourne of Dudley, Worcs., gentleman; by assignment of even date £9500 is secured to be paid to him in instalments, of which £2250 (payable as specified) is hereby agrred to be assigned to Bourne for a consideration of £1832 10/-.
