220 Butcroft, Darlaston, the premises where he practises as a solicitor in partnership with his sons to those sons, subject to an annuity of £60 to Frances Anne Stoney; £250 to Simkin, £100 to William Corbett Whitehouse, his cashier; a few specific bequests; household effects to wife for life, thence divided between children; bequests to unmarried children to balance what he has given to mariied children to set up home; all real and personal estate on trust for sale, paying income to wife for life, thence to issue in manner specified etc.
