Household consumables to wife; £300 to wife; household effects to wife during widowhood; all real and personal estate to wife and William Whitmore of Dudley, fruiterer, to carry on his business as a pork butcher and receive the profits until his youngest child is 21, and subject to this provision upon trust for sale, with the income of the proceeds to be paid to wife until youngest child is 21, then to pay wife £100 p.a. during widowhood and all other funds equally to children etc.; provisions for expenditure on education and maintenance of children, power to advance portions etc. Executors: wife, during widowhood, and William Whitmore. Guardians: wife, during widowhood, and then William Whitmore. Sons Samuel and John Packwood to be appointed executors on reaching majority and guardians after reaching majority and after the decease or remarriage of Hannah. |
