Description | DSCAM/5/10/3/1-2: Agreement (28 Feb. 1867) between John Millard of Sedgley, Staffs., gentleman, and Thomas Stamps Allden of Hagley, Worcs., brewer and Francis Allden of Stourbridge, Worcs., gentleman, for the sale of stock of beer at the South Staffordshire Brewery at Penn at the prices charged to customers less 30%, malt at 9/- per bushel, hops at invoice price, hogsheads, barrels, firkins etc. at 13/- each, and other material at valuation; arrangements for valuation and payment. Bond (25 Mar. 1867) from the Alldens to Millard in £600 to secure payment for stock under the foregoing agreement; memorandum that the valuation of stock was £540 of which £40 was paid and the balance secured by substitute bond, 13 Apr. 1870. |
