(mortgagees and trustees), and Sir Horace St Paul of Ewart Park, Northumberland, Bart, to John Millard of Tipton, Staffs., fire brickmaker, of lands in Tipton (a brickyard etc. of 2635sq. yds, stabling and a yard of 284sq. yds, and land and part of offices of 60sq. yds) adjoining the Birmingham Canal and basin, for a consideration of £53 7s 7d to the trustees and £408 19s 8d to the mortgagees; plan attached.

And draft instructions to counsel to settle same.
