Codicil devising recently acquired property in Sedgley to son John, charged with £100 to daughter Sarah; legacy of £320 to her (being £200 on the mortgage of Daniel Marsh's property at Gornall, parish of Sedgley and £120 on that of Isaiah Gutteridge at Summerhill, parish of Kingswinford; household effects to be sold after death of wife and the money divided between son and daughter.
