DSCAM/5/1/7/4: Demise (3 Sept. 1836) by Samuel Day of Golds Green, parish of Westbromwich, blacksmith, to Benjamin Fletcher of the same, grocer and butcher, of his life interest under the will of his wife, Susannah, in 2 messuages etc. at Golds Green, for a term of 99 years determining on Day's death, upon trust for William Pugh of Hargate Lane, same parish, carpenter (tenant in fee in remainder under the will), to secure various payments as specified.
