DSCAM/5/1/4/3: Assignment (4 Dec. 1836) of the term of 1000 years by Bond, now of Westbromwich, Staffs., gentleman, to William Fellowes of Dudley, gentleman, in trust for Edward Aston of Tipton, maltster and Samuel Round of the same, maltster, and Joseph Aston, victualler, the said Edward Aston, Samuel Rowley, gentleman, Samuel Rowley the younger, gentleman and Thomas Aston, gentleman, all of the parish of Tipton (according to their respective shares and interests), and otherwise upon trust to attend the freehold [the mortgage debt having been paid off]; recites #1, #2, will of Isaac Aston and other Aston family deeds affecting the freehold.
