DescriptionDSCAM/4/2/44/1: Deed of arrangement between John Hall of Dudley, Worcs., malt mill manufacturer, Thomas Roberts of the same, ironfounder, Isaac Thomas Perrins of the same, iron merchant and John Shakespear of the same, sheet iron worker (creditors), and Joseph Hyde of Princes End, parish of Tipton, Staffs., cornfactor; Hall has given each creditor promissory notes drawn upon Hyde for his debts payable at 4 months, 8 months and 12 months; assigns a life assurance policy for £499 19/- to them in trust to secure the sums owing and otherwise in trust for Hyde to secure the money he has paid, and subject thereto, in trust for Hall; covenants and releases.
