Description | Agreement between William Sprigg of Dudley, Worcs., linen and woollen draper and Richard Philpots of the same, linen and woollen draper to dissolve their partnership of 19 June 1797 at six months from date; if they cannot agree on who shall keep possession of the premises and stock, lots are to be cast; other partner paid for his share in them; Sprigg to have household furniture at cost; Sprigg to be sole housekeeper for 6 months and Philpots to pay board and lodging on the same terms and restrictions as when Sprigg boarded and lodged with Richard Philpots the elder.; whoever wins the ballot shall have the services of John Webb, paying the other £15 for his interest; mutual covenants in £200. |
