DescriptionBetween James Frost of Dudley, Worcs., iron merchant and Henry Smith Frost of Wood End near Walsall, Staffs., iron merchant, dissolving their partnership of Jan. 1860 as iron, stone and sand merchants at Dudley, Tividale and Westbromwich (continuing the business carried on by their late father and then by their mother); recites deed of 17 Dec. 1862 conveying premises to the two Frosts in moieties; conveyance by Henry Smith Frost to James Frost of his half interest in all partnership assets and liabilities and in 880sq. yds of land at Brierley Hill and all buildings erected thereupon and the boiler works called the Bell Works (all late in the occupation of Thomas Mee); consideration of £100.
