| DSCAM/4/1/10/2: Deed of dissolution of the above partnership (19 June 1820) made between Green, Royle, Joseph Royle of Dudley, maltster (father of William) and Zephaniah Parkes of the parish of Dudley, ironmaster (for himself and his copartners in Zachary Parkes and Company); assignment by Green to W. Royle of his interest in partnership assets and debts; entirety to be realised, any surplus after payment of partnership creditors to be applied, as to Green's moiety, to paying £600 to Parkes, the amount agreed to be accepted in discharge of Green's debt on private account, with any balance to Green, and Royle's moiety to Royle; Green to retain stock of nails and chains to the value of £500 in warehouse in Dudley, and will use them to pay for any deficiency in paying their joint creditors and his own £600 debt to Parkes; mutual covenants. |
