| Description | Agreement between William Finch of Dudley, Worcs., ironmonger, Daniel Parsons of the same, ironmonger, and Richard Parsons now of Ipswich, Suffolk, ironmonger, to continue the business of Finch and Daniel Parsons, for a term of 25 years from 1 May, under the style of Finch and Parson; capital of £12000; capital to carry interest at 5% p.a.; arrangements to carry on with William Finch's executors, administrators or appointees should he die during the term; £100 p.a. for management charges should W. Finch's successor not be capable of full participation; on death of either Parsons,partnership will be carried on by survivors and deceased's share valued and that amount paid to his represntatives; further arrangements if both D. and R. Parsons die; Finch may dissolve partnership on giving 7 years' notice. |
