Messuage etc. in Kinfare (as specified) to niece, Maria Watkins, and her husband, Joseph Watkins 9who occupies it), for life, thence to their children as tenants in common at the age of 21, with remainder to her right heirs; moiety of the George and Dragon at Kinfare to 4 nieeces, Maria Watkins, Mary Buston, wife of William Buston, Sarah Brison, wife of George Brison and Elizabeth Griffiths, widow, as tenants in common, charged withe legacies of £25 each to John Hitchcock and Sarah Hitchcock, children of late nephew Edward, at the age of 21; £600 to be invested and income paid to sister, Ann Hitchcock, thence to nieces as specified.
