Messuage, brewhouse etc. in King Street, Dudley to niece, Esther, wife of Henry Worton of the parish of Westbromwich, Staffs., collier, for life, thence to her issue as tenants in common, with remainder to testator's right heirs; messuage in Mill Street to Prudence, wife of James Hill of Dudley, victualler (purchased of John Lee and occupied by Edward Cartwright), for life, thence to the children of his late brother, Daniel Cartwright, and of late sister, Ruth Wright, living at Prudence's decease as tenants in common, with remainder to his own right heirs; residue of real estate upon trust for sale with proceeds divided between the children of Daniel (half) and those of Ruth, except Esther Worton (half), and their legal representatives; personal estate to be divided as residuary real estate was.
