Codicil (same date) authorising Thomas Lewis Nicklin to receive £150 due from the Trustees of the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, Bloomfield and from it pay son-in-law, Samuel Bolton, £100. Affidavit by Samuel Lees Millington of Princes End, parish of Tipton, office clerk, of the due execution of the codicil, 12 May 1862.
DSCAM/3/495/2: Agreement (28 Apr. 1862) between Yardley's beneficiaries (Richard Yardley, Joseph Yardley, Sarah Bolton and Samuel Bolton, Ann Williams and Charles Williams) for the payment of a due share of the estate to William Yardley, their eldest brother, born out of wedlock.
