Codicil (25 Sept. 1860); £70 advanced to Henry Smart on mortgage of property in Hall Street, Dudley, bequeathed to son William; £230 advanced to William Shipton on mortgage of property at Brewery Street, Kates Hill, bequeathed to son Joseph; premises in High Street, Kates Hill, which he has contracted to purchase, devised to son Samuel.
DSCAM/3/488/4: Agreement (22 May 1874) concerning the value of furniture, household effects etc. given to Elizabeth for life, and of the value of other personal estate for division.
