Newly erected freehold messuage at Ruiton, and another messuage and shop, and a garden there, to son William; another 2 freehold messuages and a parcel of land and a garden there, to daughter Mary, wife of John Bradley, for life, then to John Bradley for life, thence to their children as tenants in common, with remainder to the right heirs of Mary; another 2 (1 newly erected) freehold messuages and a plot of land and a garden, to Elizabeth, wife of William Marsh, for life, then to William Marsh for life, thence to their children as tenanst inc ommon, with remainder to the right heirs of Elizabeth; 1 freehold messuage at Ruiton to grandson William Chambers, son of Thomas Chambers by late daughter Hannah, for life, thence to William, and to the use of Mary and of Elizabeth in thirds as specified; all other estate to his 3 children as tenants in common.
