Land at Rivington to son Isaac, who has already erected 4 cottages there; household effects and personal estate, and 12 cottages at Rivington (tenants named) and other real estate, to wife, Hannah Williams, for life; thence 2 of them to daughter, Hannah Williams, wife of William Williams of Rivington; 3 to son John, 4 (and 3 shops) to son Isaac, and 2 to daughter Eliza, wife of Josiah Blackham of Harlesden Green, Middlesex, and his own cottage there to daughter, Caroline Williams; all other estate to be equally divided between children after wife's death.
