Description | DSCAM/3/459/1: Post-nuptial settlement of William White of Badger, Salop, gentleman and Jane his wife (formerly Jane Gibbons, one of the daughters of Benjamin Gibbons of Stableford, Salop, gentleman), being a lease and release (27-28 Jan. 1724/5) by the Whites to Thomas Green, Rector of St Martins, Birmingham and John Gibbons of Alcester, Warwickshire, gentleman, pursuant to an agreement (recited) of 28 Jan. 1721/2, of a messuage at Breerly, parish of Sedgley, Staffs., and lands there and other mesuages and lands at the Dimocks within the parish, to the use of White for life, then to the use of Jane White during her widowhood, the Breerly premises then to the use of Jane for life, and subject thereto, to the use of the issue of the marriage, with remainder in default of issue to the right heirs of White.
