All to wife, Elizabeth Whitaker, for widowhood; thence copyhold messuage, a freehold messuage and a brewhouse etc. at Brockmoor, and £50, to daughter Johanna, wife of James Gittins; to 'daughter-in-law' Hannah Southall alias Pearson (wife's daughter by first husband), a copyhold messuage and shop and a freehold messuage at Brockmoor, and £60; freehold messuage at Brockmoor and £300, to daughter Mary, wife of William Gill; all other real and personal estate to son, Joseph Whitaker, at the age of 21, with remainder, should he die a minor, to his sisters and step-sister equally.
Executors: William Gill (son-in-law), William Webb of Wordsley, Staffs., farmer, Joseph Whitaker (son) and Elizabeth Whitaker (wife).
