Confirms settlement on wife, Hannah Tranter; £100 each to all children of niece Sarah, wife of John Hoare (daughter of brother, Isaac Tranter, by his former wife, Mary Tranter deceased) at age 21; bequests to Isaac, to Thomas Tranter and John Tranter, sons of Isaac and Mary; £200 Navy 5% Annuities to servant, Frances Lawrence, plus £100 due to testator from her brother, William Lawrence, on mortgage of premises at the Lime Kilns, parish of Lewisham; real estate at East Street, Greenwich, and all other estate, upon rust, to secure the payments of an annuity of £100 to Isaac, and then a single payment of £100 to Isaac's present wife, Rebecca Tranter, an annuity of £100 to Thomas, an annuity of £100 to John, an annuity of £50 to James Tranter, Isaac's other son by his first wife, and an annuity of £50 to Sarah Hoare; other trust income to accumulate to capital for 20/21 years, then half of residuary trust estate to nephew Thomas and his issue, with remainder to nephew John his heirs, executors and assigns, and other half to nephew John and his issue, with remainder to Thomas etc.
