Her third share of several messuages in or near the High Street in Stourbridge, of a parcel of land now used as a muck hole at the bottom of Crown Lane, Stourbridge, and all personal estate, upon general trust for sale; all income to daughter Phebe, wife of Thomas Siddens, for life, thence capital for equal division between daughter's issue, as tenants in common, with remainder, for want of surviving issue, to her daughter absolutely.
