Recites pre-nuptial settlement of Phillis Ann Moxam of her property in Cheapside in the parish of St Mary le Bow and in Lawrence Lane, City of London, and at East Greenwich, Kent and Bromyard, Herefordshire, and her stocks and securities to such uses as she should appoint; exercise that power over her real estate in favour of her husband for life or until their youngest child reaches 21 years of age if sooner; then to her children [Edward Luke Booker and Alfred Booker] equally as tenants in common, with remainder in default of issue in trust for sister, Ann Moxam, for life, thence to her children, with further remainder to the testatrix's 'dutiful son in law', Thomas William Booker absolutely, charged with a £100 annuity to his sister, Harriet Hester Booker; personal estate upon similar trusts.
