Jointure of £8 p.a. to wife, Elizabeth Southall, secured on the house and meadow called Thomas Pitts, plus bed, bedding and specified furniture and household effects; 50/- p.a. to sister-in-law, Hannah Southall 'provided she does not cause any disturbance concerning the same'; 30/- p.a. to Timothy Grasebrook of the parish of Sutton, Warwickshire and Mary his wife, for life; 2s 6d p.a. to Edward Grasebrook and Timothy Grasebrook the younger during the lives of Timothy the elder and Mary; 40/- p.a to brother-in-law, Thomas Coleborne and Mary his wife, for life, plus the interest on £20 after death of Elizabeth Southall; after death of Thomas and Mary, 40/- [later £40] apiece to their children, Jane Phillips, William Coleborne, Mary Shepherd and Elizabeth Coleborne, and to Thomas Coleborne the younger 'whenever he shall have any child or children' and if not to be divided amongst his brothers and sisters; £5 to kinsman, Samuel Darby; £5 to William Kendrick, son-in-law of Thomas Darby; minor bequests and legacies; residue to children of sister, Mary Darby, deceased, except Samuel, and William Kendrick and Mary his wife, and the 3 children of Elizabeth Birch which she had by Thomas Meanly deceased, and the children of sister, Elizabeth Brooks, in equal shares, charged with an annuity of 23s 6d to Elizabeth Brooks out of his two houses etc. in Wednesbury; sanctions against disputing terms of will.
