All household effects to son, Levi; personal estate to sons Joseph Smith, Thomas Smith, William Smith and Levi Smith and daughter-in-law, Sarah Smith, equally; likewise cpyhold messuage etc. at Shut End and other copyhold messuages and lands there, freehold messuage etc. at Brockmoor, 3 freehold messuages in the village of Kingswinford, etc.; the share of Levi being for life, thence to his wife Sarah and their issue, that of daughter-in-law to be held in trust for her for life, thence to her children equally (except John Smith, the eldest); 3 messuages in Gads Lane, Dudley, to be sold after youngest grandchild is of age, dividing the proceeds and the accumulation equally beteween all grandchildren except John Smith (remoter descendants taking per stirpes)
