Executors: Samuel Nicklin of Rowley Regis, Staffs., gentleman, William Coldicott of Dudley, Worcs., gentleman, and Mary Jane Smart (wife), whilst she remains a widow.
Guardians: wife during widowhood, then other executors.
Codicil (2 Oct. 1841); residue of trust monies to wife as universal legatee, should all children die minors without leaving surviving issue.
Codicil (5 Nov. 1841); appoints brother-in-law, William Jackson the younger of West Bromwich, surgeon as additional executor.
