2 messuages at Oldbury Green and a newly erected shop, upon trust to apply the income to support Anne Simpson, youngest child of deceased son, Joseph Simpson, a cripple, until she is aged 21, then property to be divided equally between her and Eliza, Hannah and William, the other orphaned children of Joseph, the value thereof to be brought into hotchpot when dividing the residuary estate; 2 further messuages at Oldbury Green to daughter, Sarah Green, widow of Thomas Green, for life, thence to her 4 children, Hannah, Thomas, Mary and John Green, in equal shares, with a like for bringing into hotchpotprovision; White Lion public house, brewhouse and appurtenances, and a messuage with wheelwright and blacksmith's shops, and a further messuage, all at Oldbury Green, and 6 messuages in Canal Street, Oldbury and 2 messuages near the canal in Oldbury, and 2 further messuages thereabouts recently erected by Simpson (all occupiers given), plus household effects and personal estate, upon trust for sale etc.; proceeds in 7 parts, for daughter Susannah, wife of Joseph Cox, daughter Sarah Green, daughter Hannah, wife of Peter Constable, daughter Mary, wife of John Moore, the children of late son Joseph, daughter Jane, wife of James Bridge and daughter Emma, wife of John Hadley, and their respective heirs as specified.
