Household effects to wife, Mary, and the messuage in Brierley Hill in which they dwell and the shop adjoining it, so that she can continue the business of butcher, under the superintendance of executors, to maintain herself and their three children - Henry, Mary Ann and Elizabeth - until the latet are aged 21; provisions if wife should remarry or die during the minority of any of them; thence upon trust for sale 'unless my son Henry can find friends to assist him in purchasing and carrying on the same', with proceeds divided equally into four between wife and 3 children if wife living, otherwise equally to 3 children.
