£200 to wife, Ann Roades (plus £109 secured to her under settlement); various furniture and her own furniture to wife; all other estate, inc. his dwellinghouse in Dudley, to be sold; half proceeds paid to daughter Hannah, wife of Benjamin Homer; £200 to be invested in trust for daughter Mary, wife of James Hillman of Dudley, butcher, for life, thence capital to her children equally, as tenants in common, as specified, with remainder, in default of issue, to daughter Hannah, her heirs and assigns, and the balance of the other half transferred to Mary for her own use and disposal.
