All personal estate to wife, Elizabeth Richards; real estate to wife for life, thence to daughters, Ann, Mary and Elizabeth, equally as tenants in common, but if the copyhold passes to youngest daughter (Elizabeth) under common law, then devises his own dwelling, after wife's death, to the other two daughters, as tenants in common.
