All household effects to son William and daughters Mary and Elizabeth; premises in which he carried on business of a coach axle tree manufacturer, to sons John and William, as tenants in common; his residence, to son William; house in Walsall Street, West Bromwich, to son Richard; house near the old church, West Bromwich, with shop and slaughterhouse, to son Henry; a house adjoining the last, to daughter Mary; another house adjoining that in trust for daughter Hannah, wife of Richard Millership of West Bromwich, for life, thence upon trust for sale with division of the proceeds between her issue equally, as tenants in common; a further such house to daughter Elizabeth; 3 small house in Taylor's Lane, West Bromwich, to Mary and Elizabeth as tenants in common; of monies due from sons for the axle tree business, £260 to be used to pay 5/- a week to daughter Hannah for life, thence capital to be divided between her children, and all other sums are remitted; balance of estate to children as tenants in common (Hannah's share in trust).
Executors: John Reeves and William Reeves the younger (sons).
Codicil (dated 1 Feb. 1872); now of Churchfield, Westbromwich, carriage smith; household effects now to Mary and Elizabeth only, under a deed of gift of even date.
