All to wife during widowhood; thence to be sold and proceeds divided into 6 between sons, Michael Raybould, Benjamin Raybould, Thomas Raybould, Joseph Raybould, the children of son William Raybould as tenants in common, and the children of son David Raybould as tenants in common, with the last two shares in remainder, in default of issue to the first named 4 sons, etc. Executors: Edward Terry of Dudley, grocer and Charles Cox of the same, victualler. Terry has renounced executorship; Cox is dead. |
