DSCAM/3/339/10: Attested copy of the pre-nuptial settlement (dated 8 June 1850), by appointment and statutory release, of Henry Dorell of Wolverhampton, Staffs., baker and Sarah Humphries of Wolverhampton, widow; trustees, Samuel Caddick, lock manufacturer and James Caddick, brass founder, both of Temple Street, Wolverhampton; recites mortgage for £100 of 6 messuages at Watery Lane, Tipton by James and Samuel Prince to Sarah Humphries inter alia; conveys the two sums of £100 secured by mortgages and a messuage adjoining the Wolverhampton-Tettenhall road, upon trust to pay the income to Sarah for life, with power of appointment etc. |
